Day 2: Like a teacher

GREAT DAY!  Started the day with a trip to COSI-Maximo Nivel, the organization that hosts our students in Costa Rica Schools.  We met with the staff there, discussed the orientation materials that are used with our students and gained some real insights into how to prepare them more effectively for the experience.

After lunch we went to Marion Baker School to see two of our student teachers and one of them put us to work.  We taught small groups in four stations and they rotated every 15 minutes.

 I taught a Social Studies activity on Production and Distribution.  After school we went home, changed and explored San Pedro until supper.

What a great day in Costa Rica!
